• Approximate or precise location associated with verified captures.
• Collection progress, reward points, redemption activity, and app usage records.
• Support messages you send to us.

How We Use Information

• To verify discoveries and show captured items on your map, vault, and profile.
• To operate rewards, fraud prevention, and redemption workflows.
• To provide customer support and improve ItemEye.
• To comply with legal, safety, and platform requirements.

Sharing

We may share necessary information with service providers that help us run ItemEye, including hosting, database, analytics, fraud prevention, support, and reward fulfillment providers. We do not sell personal information.

Location and Photos

ItemEye requests location and camera/photo access to verify real-world discoveries. You can control these permissions in iOS Settings. Some features may not work without them.

Rewards

Reward claims may be processed by third-party reward providers. We share only the information needed to validate and fulfill a redemption.

Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the app, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
