Use of ItemEye

ItemEye is intended for safe, lawful, real-world discovery and collection. Do not trespass, enter restricted areas, interfere with traffic, or put yourself or others at risk while using the app.

Captures and Verification

ItemEye may use photos, location metadata, and other signals to verify discoveries. We may reject, remove, or reverse captures that appear fraudulent, unsafe, or abusive.

Points and Rewards

Points are promotional app rewards. They are not cash, currency, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a financial instrument. Rewards may be subject to availability, eligibility, fraud checks, and provider terms.

App Store Notice

Apple is not a sponsor of ItemEye rewards or promotions and is not responsible for reward fulfillment.
